Fire Fighter’s Closet
The San Angelo Fire Fighters respond to all fires within the city.  Fire fighters have seen the faces of devastated families as they watch their homes and belongings burn.  While fire fighters take pride in their response times and aggressive fire fighting tactics many fires are too far advanced upon our arrival to save all property.  Knowing that we did the best we could do sometimes is not enough and fire fighters wanted to do more. 

The idea of the Fire Fighter’s Closet was suggested and after much discussion and hard work has been implemented. The San Angelo Fire Fighters Association now accepts used furniture and appliances and donates them to affected families who have lost their homes to fire.  Fire fighters will pick up and deliver all items at no charge. This is one way the San Angelo Fire Fighters give back to the great community that supports us. Please help spread the word of our charity and contact us if you have any questions.
